
Time to enjoy! Experience a joyful mix of power and reset. Some parts of the workshop intend to calm your nervous system down, while others let us move to empowering rhythms, dance, freely, in ways that feel like a boost, and shake what our mamas gave us. :-)
We shall dance, shake, feel free. Sweating, and strengthening. The goal is to enjoy - experience joy - consciously, confidently. Yes, there will be parts where we can learn a bit about the techniques of shaking, dancing, twerking - but that is not the focus. Joy is the focus, and feeling alive, feeling strong, empowered, with other women.
Doors open at 19:00, the workshops starts 19:30 - 21:00.
Afterwards, optional: hanging out together.

For sure. This is about moving and feeling good. Every session shows you the difficulty level (from “Level 0-1" to “Level 3” for more experienced movers) and the energy level (whether it’s chill and grounding - 1/5, or something that’ll make you sweat - 5/5). That way you can pick what feels right for you.
Mostly you'd want to have a yoga mat and comfy clothes. If anything extra is required (like cushions, blocks, or a quiet space), the teacher will list it.
